Set against the beautiful backdrop of the South Downs

Washbrooks Family Farm has plenty to keep children entertained and engaged.

With lots of traditional farm animals, outdoor adventure and indoor play, there’s loads to see, climb, jump and bounce on.

Take a leisurely stroll along our Brook Walk too – a chance to spot wildlife in its natural habitat and see the South Downs.

Everyone is welcome at our friendly tearoom serving hot meals and sandwiches, for adults and children, plus a range of hot and cold drinks that can be eaten in or taken away.

Alternatively, you may bring your picnic, allowing you to relax outside while they play.

The family has been here since 1945 and and our proposition is still as simple now as it was then “Fresh Air and Fun”.
